PARLIAMENTARIAN

It is the duty of the Parliamentarian to advise the President upon request on matters of parliamentary procedures as established by the Constitution and Bylaws, the Ritual, and Chapter Management Handbook of Grand Chapter, the Chapter Rules of Order and Policies and Procedure Manual, and the authorized parliamentary authority; and serve as Chair of the Policies and Procedures Committee.
