Eliza P. Shippen Award

The Eliza P. Shippen Award is presented to an active member of the Washington DC Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. who has made outstanding contributions beyond the expected high standards of the Sorority, to the chapter and the community during the year in which the award is given. This award also serves as an inspiration to the Sorors of Washington DC Alumnae Chapter to perform in such an exemplary manner. This is the 21st year of this illustrious award.
